Grammar is the integral part of all the courses, combined with learning of vocabulary, pronunciation, intonation and stress to effectively communicate the meaning of your expressions. Clarity of speech and writing are accentuated with the knowledge of how all these elements are naturally made to work for you.
Why do we learn tenses?
Tenses form the framework in all our expressions. It is embellished by appropriate vocabulary which makes the sentence understandable and coherent for others.

Present perfect tense is considered the most confusing factor for second language learners.
recently, yet, so far, so long, until now, ever, never, once, many times, several times are the ''time words'' usually used along with this tense.
He hasn't stayed in New Zealand so far.
The meeting has been rescheduled many times this week. (passive of present perfect)
An assignment has been handed over to the Professor recently.
In these sentences we find that the focus is in the present with what has happened in the past till the point of time of talking.
Present perfect is also useful in updating things especially in the news reading scenario there is a lot of present perfect being used.
The storm has moved northwards, to the colder parts of the country creating havoc with the lives of people who had already been in a cold spell for the past one month.
